Delay in processing of emails

From 08:37 UTC until 11:37 UTC the processing of emails to employees were delayed. This caused survey emails and reminders to be sent later than scheduled.

At the same time performance of the platform was degraded.

This was due to an unforeseen spike in the overall workload of the platform. We will be working on improvements to handle these specific kind of workloads more efficiently.
